what's the best CRM app for small business owners?

Hi everyone! I'm a small business owner currently in the market for a small business CRM solution, and I’d really appreciate some advice from others who’ve been down this road. My goal is to find a CRM that’s easy to use, budget-friendly, and flexible enough to help manage customer relationships, track leads, and support sales growth without overwhelming my team.
