I truly appreciate how AvidXchange has made our invoice processing much faster and more efficient by automating the accounts payable process, eliminating the need to manually key in invoices. Additionally, I find it extremely convenient that vendors can send their invoices directly to AvidXchange, which appear promptly on the website for processing, streamlining the workflow. Setting up AvidXchange was quite straightforward, which was a pleasant experience as it allowed us to get started without any unnecessary complications. I also appreciate the user-friendly nature of the software and its pricing, both of which strongly influence my likelihood of purchasing it again in the future. I dislike that when an invoice is scanned, AvidXchange requires shipping tickets and other related documents to all be combined into a single document. It would be more efficient if the system could automatically attach separate shipping documents to the corresponding invoice without needing us to manually combine them first.
