I like so many things about this system but best of all is the chat support. It's always outstanding, and I'm never left with a problem hanging, nor do I ever wait long for someone to sort out my issues. Other things I like are the simplicity and the speed of the system overall. My websites are never down and always load quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If anything, it's probably the very small learning curve that's required from moving from cpanel based systems to cloud based systems. I wouldn't go back to cpanel now if you paid me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a VPS user of Linode for a few years, but I'm not great at keeping up with regular updates, so found managing a VPS to be a hassle. Decided to try Cloudways to see if the experience was easier, and while its more expensive than a n equivalent VPS, it's definitely easier. Signup experience was smooth and easy, setting up a test server and Wordpress site was quick and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I am only a new user, I found that the site monitoring tools in Cloudways seem a bit odd. My test site which has no real traffic, is generating large spikes in incoming traffic and outgoing traffic, which I cannot explain. I've contacted the Cloudways staff and am waiting for a response. It doesn't seem to be impacting my site, but if I develop something that gets to scale, then I would like more detailed information or a way to diagnose this unknown traffic... Honestly, I love how easy Cloudways makes things. I’m not super technical, so having a platform that handles all the server stuff for me—while still being super fast and reliable—is a huge win. The dashboard is really easy to use, and I like that I can choose between different cloud providers. Plus, their support team is awesome. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick and helpful, which is super rare these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they offered built-in email hosting—having to set that up separately was kind of a pain. Also, once you start adding more servers or scaling up, the pricing can sneak up on you a bit. It’s not outrageous, but something to keep an eye on. And while the dashboard is generally great, some of the more advanced settings could be a little easier to find or better explained. I like Cloudways because it is simple to manage servers without any technical skills. They let you choose from several cloud providers such as Amazon AWS or Digital Ocean, so you do not depend on one service. The websites perform well and I have seen quicker load times compared to other hosts I used. Their customer support remains ready to help when I face issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Costs may grow significantly if you expand your server size or manage several websites. The platform remains simple to use however, a few advanced options demand extra technical skill. I spent time to study some configuration choices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cloudways value to price point ratio is great for us because we host three websites under one server, one account, one monthly subscription. It has a reliable uptime and we've never had a program. It is well-organized to navigate. I also like that the user account permissions and roles are granular to grant necessary permissions to various users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, I'm not a developer so the interface, functions and terminology are technical, but its not difficult to learn. Nevertheless, after getting used to it, I know where to go and which buttons to push for what I need to manage occasionally. Our past web developers use it with ease. When me or our web developers have needed help figuring something out, I've been able to get tech support thru the help guide or a human chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it is highly customizable to my needs. I am not tied to predefined settings that doesn't work for my platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not sure I would classify this as a "dislike" more of a buyer beware kind of thing. Cloudways is not designed for a beginner level developer. There are a lot of feature, functionality, settings that are great for advanced users. Beginners would be highly confused and may not have a great experience. Customer service can't help you design your server for your needs. That would be up to the individual or they would need to hire an expert. Again, not a complaint, as this setup works perfectly for me. But it is definitely not catered to all audiences. Maybe that should be clear to anyone that visits the platform or is considering Cloudways for server options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloudways is the best web hosting option for a growing business. What I love most about Cloudways is their fastest web hosting services, super fast customer support team (I get responses within 20 seconds when I need them), No hidden fees, and I can easily add credit when I want, easy to scale up and downgrade my hosting services, free SSL certificates, and more. Here are some of the downside of Cloudways that I don't like. Their control panel is a little bit technical, but anyone can be familiar with their plan within a few days of using it. If they can provide a free email plan then that will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was able to connect 4 different applications(web site blog) to a single server with ease. The whole process was much faster and simpler than I expected. The UI is clean, and performance has been great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven’t run into any major issues. It might take a bit of time to understand the platform if you're new, but overall it's been very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not very experienced in web development or website building, but occasionally, I need to create a website for my personal business. I love doing everything myself, and even as an amateur, setting up my site with Cloudways was incredibly easy. The pricing is great and straightforward, and I haven’t encountered any major issues. The one minor issue I had was quickly resolved with the help of their support team. Very easy to use! Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major issues, but I'd love to see more beginner-friendly tutorials or guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The knowledge that is required to utilize the platform is entry level. You can easily spin up a server and install or migrate a WordPress website over onto the platform and be up and running within a day with very little server experience. The layout of the control panel is great, the information provided is exactly what you need and does not contain any bloat information or data. I utilize CloudWays for many websites and have used other hosting companies prior but will not be switching to another provider after using CloudWays - there is no need. Their customer support is perfect, they are quick to respond, know what they are talking about, and will help you with anything that is possible and if it isn't possible they will tell you and explain why - which is great so you know the reasons behind why something might not be possible. Very few. The only one that I can think of and ran into was the limitations of types of website applications that you can host. I would have liked to utilize CloudWays for a self hosted version control server (gitea, gitlab, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
