"Sustainable, susbstantial, and scalable!"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I've tried every community platform out there, and Mighty Networks isn't just better, it's the only platform that actually works for what I need to build The Well Lab.

My members find each other effortlessly, and the Mighty platform makes peer support natural - based on location, shared interests, and the specific challenges they're facing—not just whoever shouts loudest in a feed. For nonprofit leaders doing the vulnerable work of succession planning and leadership transitions, this kind of intentional connection is everything.

The impact is for my business is also real. Mighty is set up to be a big part of the backbone of this next iteration of my growth and revenue model. The platform is genuinely intuitive—my team doesn't have to spend hours figuring out workarounds or navigating a clunky interface AND I'm able to build out multiple Spaces (under one umbrella) for different subsets of the community we are building together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I'm looking forward to future roadmap features like language access! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Dorsey of Mighty Networks

Thank you, Naomi, for your enthusiastic review. We know we are the best platform out there, and we love hearing our Hosts say the same thing. Stay tuned for that future roadmap.

"The Best Platform for Building a Purpose-Driven Community"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

It makes it possible to build community on your own terms, free from the noise and algorithms that dominate most online spaces. You can design the experience around real connection: meaningful conversation, learning, and shared purpose. The customer support is outstanding, quick, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping creators build great communities

What really stands out is how well it supports intentional growth. The analytics make it easy to see what’s resonating, and the creator tools let you adapt as your community scales. It’s a platform built for clarity, purpose, and sustainable expansion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The same flexibility that makes Mighty so powerful can feel overwhelming at first. There’s no one “right way” to build, which means you have to slow down, experiment, and really think through how your community should work. But that process ends up being a strength, it forces you to design with intention instead of defaulting to someone else’s template.

Once you get comfortable, that flexibility becomes a superpower. You realize how much control you actually have over the experience, and how rare that is in today’s algorithm-driven world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Dorsey of Mighty Networks

Thank you, Hans, for your feedback. We want nothing more than for you to be able to build the community on your terms to meet the needs of your audience and customers. Not only do we want you to able to build it, but we want you to be able to grow your network with intention. We love hearing that you are using the analytics to make those important data driven decisions.

"A Platform Built for Creators Who Mean Business"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

Coming from Discord, we immediately noticed how much more business-focused and feature-rich Mighty Networks is. Instead of piecing together tools, Mighty Networks gives us landing pages, customizable payment options, promo codes, and an integrated structure that feels purpose-built for creators and entrepreneurs. The ability to build one central space, “home” and then add multiple sub-spaces with their own features is a huge plus. It keeps our content organized, gives our members clarity, and makes our community feel more professional and intentional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Our biggest pain point is not being able to easily view the community from a member’s perspective. Other platforms offer this “switch view” function, and it’s incredibly helpful for testing and improving the member experience.

On a smaller note, the point system feels a bit underdeveloped. If it were more customizable, we could use it more effectively as part of a true engagement or rewards program. Similarly, badges are a great feature, but it would be far more powerful if the same badge could be awarded multiple times—making them usable as part of a community “currency” that encourages participation. These aren’t dealbreakers, but they’re opportunities for Mighty Networks to become even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanisha Singh of Mighty Networks

Thank you for the kind words, Thomas! We've definitely heard requests about "switch view" and member perspective. This is on the team's radar.

The opportunities you mentioned are super helpful and we'll take this feedback to the team.

"Seamless AI Integration and Excellent Support – Excited to See More Language Features"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

What I like best about Mighty Networks is the balance between simplicity and power. The platform is intuitive enough that we can manage our UnternehmerFreiraum.org community without needing a large team, yet flexible enough to integrate seamlessly with our AI-first approach. We can connect third-party tools, automate key tasks, and focus on creating real value for our members rather than spending time on tech hurdles. On top of that, the customer support is excellent – responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever a question comes up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Multilingual support could be a bit stronger, but it’s not holding us back. We trust Mighty Networks to keep evolving, and we’re confident the language features will follow soon enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanisha Singh of Mighty Networks

Thank you for the kind words, Christian! And good news is that language localization in on our roadmap. You can keep an eye out at https://portal.productboard.com/xzueeglxeumrzzs7kq5fzcqt/tabs/4-in-development.

"User-Friendly Platform That Fosters Community and Streamlines Program Access"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I really like the ease of use for the end user, our students, and being able to build a community on a platform that allows us to do so much in terms of connection, scheduling, and being able to index our program into logical sections that streamline access to info and keeping questions relevant to the topic. I'm able to jump on anytime students have questions and provide immediate guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I don't perform much of the back-end setup myself and have yet to discover anything that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Dorsey of Mighty Networks

Thank you, Robert for your review. We love hearing that you are finding the platform easy to use for both yourself and your students and that you are able to quickly answer questions and provide immediate support!

"Empowers Community Management with Engaging UI"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I appreciate the power of the user interface in Mighty Networks; it’s intuitive and clean, which makes building and managing my community a seamless experience. The engaging designs are a standout feature, providing a visually appealing platform that enhances user interaction. I love the flexibility in segmenting different membership tiers into distinct collections and spaces, as it encourages a sense of exclusivity among members and enables me to customize and brand different spaces with uniqueness. The ability to run and manage events all in one visually cohesive application is incredibly efficient and lessens the complexity of handling multiple tasks separately. I find the membership tiers feature to be particularly powerful and useful, allowing me to create differentiated experiences for varied membership levels. Furthermore, my positive experience with customer service adds to the overall satisfaction I have with Mighty Networks, and even though it is on the pricier side, the value it provides more than outweighs the cost. Planning integrations with platforms like Zapier, Stripe, and Google Drive also shows how adaptable the platform is for my needs. Altogether, these aspects have greatly benefited my community by resolving engagement and pipeline management challenges effortlessly, making Mighty Networks an invaluable tool for my purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I think if I could integrate something like an email campaign module I would love to see that as an added value to the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Dorsey of Mighty Networks

Lee, your feedback is important to us. Thank you for taking the time to provide such a valuable review. Your positive experience is exactly what our team works so hard to deliver to all our customers! From the excellent customer service to the powerful user interface and the flexibility to create the membership tiers to fit your needs, we love hearing about your experience using Mighty Networks.

"Flexible and feature-rich community building platform"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

As a business owner who built and operated a learning platform for over 15 years, I have been impressed with the features and flexibility that Mighty Networks offers with its platform. I didn't want to build another custom platform from the ground up for my new business, but I was worried about the inherent limitations of a solution that I didn't build myself. Overall I have been very satisfied with the ease of building my community, the supported integrations and features that are provided. It's also clear that the developers are active in making improvements and taking customer feedback into consideration, which is very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The cost can be a downside if you need a lot of time to build your community before launching. It would be nice if the payments began once the community was "published" — made available for people to join. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Membership Management, But Mobile UI Needs Work"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love how Mighty Networks makes running a membership simple, which saves me considerable time. The platform's straightforward setup was especially beneficial, allowing me to get started quickly and efficiently without any hassle. I find the ability to communicate with members, and for members to easily communicate among themselves, incredibly useful, enhancing the overall interaction within the community. Additionally, its seamless integration with other software, like Kit, greatly aids in streamlining my work processes. Mighty Networks performs much better compared to other vendors I considered, which is why I have chosen to subscribe to it twice. Its practical functionality significantly contributes to the platform's reliability and efficiency, ensuring its continuous value in serving my membership needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I dislike the new landing page on Mighty Networks because it looks terrible on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Dorsey of Mighty Networks

Thank you, Marc, for your feedback. We love that you are finding Mighty simple and straightforward to setup and run your membership. We also love hearing that you are seeing your members communicating and building community themselves. That is what it is all about.

We also appreciate your feedback about the landing page. This is on our team's list to make some much needed updates to the responsive version of the landing page very soon, so stay tuned.

"A great platform for building community!"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

We've been using Mighty Networks for our alumni community for over two years with zero regrets! This platform enables us to do everything we need to bring our members together engagingly and excitingly. The ongoing People Magic additions create lots of great opportunities. We're excited to see how the platform continues to evolve and, as a result, our community too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Onboarding can be difficult for our members who aren't overly tech-savvy. Any updates that would support an easy transition into the community would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stellar Support to Make Your Community A Success"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

Mighty Networks is the most flexible option out there for entrepreneurs who want to build community through mission. They make it as easy as possible to launch--even for those who are not particularly tech savvy--through AI features, courses, live webinars from the Mighty team, and a slew of articles. I've used other platforms in the past and this is hands down the best customer support I've ever received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Honestly, the only thing that's made it a bit challenging is that Mighty is updating its features at lightning speed. I happened to launch during a time of transition to new and improved features, so I need to update my community to take advantage of them. But I really don't view this as a downside at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
