Getting started with Notion was easy and efficient due to helpful resources like YouTube videos and Notion guides. I particularly appreciate the simplicity of creating databases, tables, and notes, as well as linking them. This interconnected nature is further enhanced by Notion's AI-powered search functionality that allows for natural language queries, which is a game changer as I can store all my notes in one place and search them quickly and efficiently. The AI tools, such as creating a new database structure or notes, have significantly accelerated my efficiency. The ability to transcribe and summarize phone call notes is another huge advantage, simplifying how I manage interactions and brainstorming sessions. I use Notion every day. I love that it allows complete flexibility to create anything I want. It's so easy that I use it to organize my whole digital life, work with customers (everything from my CRM to creating workbooks and dashboards to manage the course), and create personal pages (grocery lists, journal entries, etc.). Since learning about Notion when I started my new job, within weeks I had contracted my own personal workspace. The platform is a life changer for me (struggles to stay organized) or has a thousand ideas that I want to write down, rabbit-hole into with hours of research.

The tool has allowed me to organize my life and work, stay on top of tasks at work or even at home and the AI feature since being added and expanded has been a game changer, its so helpful and powerful that we have an entire company (at my job) using it to find and navigate the sea of information that is Notion, overcoming one of the pain point we were experiencing.

I love how easily I can store information, and use pages within my pages to integrate features. I also love the databases and what a great way they are for sorting and storing information, in paticular because each entry has a whole page associated where I can fill it with info or only see the important bits in an overview, this is great for my knowledge managment. This tool helps me keep everything organized, not just by page but also across my entire workspace, ensuring that each item is sorted into its own category. I appreciate how it allows me to link between different pages for quicker reference and easier searching. The AI has been especially helpful, saving me a lot of time when building and organizing both new and existing pages. It makes sure everything looks clean, easy to read and understand, and adds a bit of 'personality,' so my notes never feel like just boring blocks of text. I love that I can start the notes on my phone, and continue to my other devices such as tablet, or laptop, and viseversa. Everything is so perfectly synchronized it's a tool you truly use not only anytime and all day, but also everyday. In my personal opinion, what I find challenging is actually one of the best features of this product: the sheer number of options available to customize your page and the format of your notes. While this flexibility is impressive, it can become overwhelming when you're trying to create the 'perfect' page and can't decide which format, tools, or charts to use because there are simply too many choices. As a result, something that began as a 'simple' note can easily turn into a lengthy collection of notes, almost like a novel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to not only have a marketplace full of amazing templates for ay scenario in life, but then also have the flexibility to adapt them to your liking and need. The best part now it being able to simply write a note like all the different services you pay for and then ask the Notion AI assistant to turn that into anything you need. As someone who has both a personal and business notion, it's still tedious to switch between spaces. It would be nice to have some keyboard shortcuts to quickly switch between accounts like in arc browser, especially when I'm using different spaces on a daily basis. It's also a little annoying that I can't easily sync my personal and work notions together on notion calendar, since I get meeting invites and want to use the built in meeting notes feature, but the integration of multiple accounts on notion is still a bit lackluster. I like that Notion is whatever you make it. It’s super malleable software, great for teams to optimize to fit their own needs. There’s a couple things I don’t like as much. 1) Some users are power users and some aren’t. Paying the same license price for someone who seldom uses the product, as you do for someone who uses it often, is not ideal. I’d like the ability to assign licenses by user, in order to not have everyone on the expensive business plan. 2) It can sometimes be overwhelming getting everything up to a usable state, it’s definitely a lot of work init of itself. But this has improved with the agents update, though I still have issues when I ask it to move or reorganize stuff, it’ll just create new duplicate items instead and disregard my instructions to not do so. I recommend Notion to everyone personally and professionally. In a professional sense, I use it multiple times a day in team meetings, to check updates within our company, to submit feedback and make comments on product launches, and I specifically love the AI search function that combs through all the pages in Notion and helps me find exactly the answer I'm looking for with links to the sources where it was found. Personally, I use it to plans trips, make to-do lists, and take notes on online courses in super easy formats that are intuitive and creative, unlike other document- writing apps. Before Notion AI, I disliked the search function because we have thousands of pages in Notion at our company and they were really challenging to sort through. The Notion AI search feature made it super easy to search through these pages now, so I can always turn to Notion when looking for a quick, thorough, reliable answer to my questions.
