"A truly horrible system - would use literally anything else"
What do you like best about Ramp?

Does all the basic things fine...barely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

- Want to bulk update "Locations" for transactions? Good luck...not possible. You have to update each transaction one by one in Ramp.

- Do you have monthly recurring transactions for the SAME amount from the SAME vendor EVERY month? Think Ramp would use a touch of AI to automatically set the location after you set it to the same value EVERY month for the last 100 months? Nope...keep setting it manually.

- Did Ramp lock your card because it thought the transaction was suspicious? That's ok, you can respond to the text it sent you to have it unlock the card. Oh wait, just kidding, you have to log into Ramp, see no notification your card is still locked, and find the completely tiny icon to manually unlock it. Every time.

- Doesn't connect with Google Workspace accounts that have multiple domains (wild) to automatically pull receipts from email, we have to forward every single one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
