What do you like best about ReadyTech?

1) Excellent 24x7 support. My team operates a global training organization and have had occasion to contact ReadyTech 24x7. We always get the same professional support whenever we call.

2) Flexitility. ReadyTech allows us to scale instructor-led class sizes from 1-dozens of students.We are able to schedule classes and have lab environments ready for us at the start of class, however if there are no-show students, we can release unused lab environments.

3) Performance. Our students are located world-wide. Self-paced class lab environments launch from data centers based on the location of the student. This allows them to get optimal performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Cloning (copying images) and deployment of images takes a bit of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

The Axis tool is very thorough with great features including showing your screen from the secure window with others (no more need to get files onto their host computer). Their technical support is among the best I have ever experienced. Their interface is (Class Manager) is a great way of keeping an eye out to help students and see their 'virtual expressions' when body language (in person) is not available. What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

There is little to dislike. We have had issues with customers getting into ReadyTech but that is almost always on the customer and their firewalls or other security protocols (whether the customer is aware or not). The ReadyTech support team is very quick to help and troubleshoot issues as they are a chat away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

The remote view of all seats is an extremely valuable feature for managing remote courses. It allows our trainers to easily monitor participants' progress and provide timely assistance when needed, creating a more interactive and supportive learning environment. What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

The RT tools are installed during the VM initialization process and cannot be managed manually afterward. This limitation poses a challenge for me during troubleshooting or when copying VMs, as it restricts flexibility in handling potential issues or making necessary adjustments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I'm impressed to see how much investment Readytech puts back into their product releasing new features and tools that make meeting the learning needs of my customers easier, I have to say the best thing about RT is their approach to Customer Success. What do you like best about ReadyTech?

Having used ReadyTech across two different companies—both on Axis and the hosted version—I’ve found the platform to be intuitive, user-friendly, and generally very reliable. One of the biggest strengths is the quality of their support team. Any time an issue arises, they’re quick to respond and incredibly helpful. A special shout out to our new account manager, who’s been consistently responsive, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile—no question is ever too much trouble. What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

It is easy to access by students participating in the training. Better than other softwares used whre IT was always required and often users had issues throughout the class.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Full screen is sometimes finicky, exiting when using certain comands in the software used for training. When instrucor takes over student user's screen, user cannot see mouse pointer to understand where instructor is pointing. Sometimes it works in Share Control, but not always. What do you like best about ReadyTech?

We provide product training to our customers, but this varies greatly in terms of planning and customer needs.

Previously we worked with 'our own' hardware and virtual machines, but this was not ideal in terms of maintenance and availability.

We then learned about the possibilities of ReadyTech and this was a reason for us to start working with it. How would this fit within our training facilities?

We really liked this. ReadyTech gives you the options to scale up per training, entirely depending on the wishes of our customers.

Furthermore, ReadyTech offers simple options to upgrade and manage our training courses.

We once had to call on ReadyTech support because we were unable to start a training instance.

Support responded immediately and was able to resolve the issue within 10 minutes. Very impressive .....

ReadyTech is an ideal solution in our training facility, scalable, reliable and ease of managing.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

We have been working with ReadyTech for a long time and are very satisfied with the product, support and ease of use.

In the past we experienced quit often problems when hosting and maintaining our own training instances onpremis.
