The team are helpful, especially the onboarding team. The online support resources are extensive covering many situations which makes onboarding the product much easier. There is also a helpful online campus to train up intranet editors.

There are some limitations in the intranet side of the platform, primarily the landing pages and news pages separate which causes some challenges.
