
The one thing that actually thrills me is Substrata's conversation intelligence and email tracking. In a fast paced industry such as hearing solutions and medical equipment, it matters to us to know how and when clients engage with our messages. It did take some getting used to figuring out how to navigate all of Substrata's different features. While the platform is super powerful, it would be nice to have a less complex onboarding experience or guided explainer walkthroughs, depending on the use case, especially for teams working on multiple functions (like marketing, sales, and operations).
