What do you like best about Substrata?

The one thing that actually thrills me is Substrata's conversation intelligence and email tracking. In a fast paced industry such as hearing solutions and medical equipment, it matters to us to know how and when clients engage with our messages. What do you dislike about Substrata?

It did take some getting used to figuring out how to navigate all of Substrata's different features. While the platform is super powerful, it would be nice to have a less complex onboarding experience or guided explainer walkthroughs, depending on the use case, especially for teams working on multiple functions (like marketing, sales, and operations). My favorite characteristic of Substrata is its capacity to read between the lines of every customer interaction. What do you like best about Substrata?

Substrata takes information about planning and applies it against real human context. We can observe tone, timing, and engagement around emails and calls, which spread sheets cannot. I have assumed the planning and data analytics role at Henry Schein, which allows me to support strategic decisions based on behavior. This means the seamless process of tracking emails and conversations in context gives me an authentic and full vision of the sales pipeline. This makes forecasting lucrative, and planning precise. What do you dislike about Substrata?
