What do you like best about Synthflow?

I really like how easy Synthflow is to use. The setup takes almost no time, and the AI voices sound surprisingly real — not robotic at all. It’s been great for handling quick customer calls and confirmations without me having to jump on the phone every time. What do you like best about Synthflow?

SynthFlow makes it incredibly fast to prototype realistic AI call agents. I love that you can design conversational logic, set variables, and connect APIs without any code. The interface feels intuitive, the testing flow is smooth, and the response accuracy has been better than I expected. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The documentation is helpful but sometimes skips advanced examples, especially for integrating mid-call API requests or webhooks. A few more built-in templates for healthcare or logistics scenarios would make setup even faster. Still, support is responsive, and updates seem to come quickly. What do you like best about Synthflow?

I love that they make it very simple to create your AI assistant. It's one of those things where people tell you "easy to learn, hard to master." Getting in is pretty self explanatory, it only took me a YouTube video to get started. However getting into the nitty gritty involved a little more digging around and exploring. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

It's a quality of life change more than anything, the icons on the left side of the screen. Starting out I forget what any of those icons mean so I wish there was a way for it to be labeled. What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow is a no-code platform for creating AI-powered voice and phone agents. Its goal is to let businesses (restaurants, clinics, service providers, etc.) deploy automated receptionists and customer service lines without writing code. Instead of having to stitch together telephony, AI, and APIs manually, Synthflow provides a drag-and-drop workflow builder where you design conversation flows, connect integrations, and launch an AI receptionist quickly. What do you like best about Synthflow?

What I like best about Synthflow is that it doesn’t bury you in technical complexity. You don’t need to be a coder or spend weeks wiring together APIs just to get a usable AI voice agent. The builder is intuitive, the templates make sense for real-world sales conversations, and you can actually customize the agent’s personality and tone instead of being stuck with a robot that sounds like it’s reading off a DMV script. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

A minor gripe is that while the interface is simple, it sometimes leans too far into minimalism. If you’re the type who wants a granular dashboard of metrics, you won’t find it here—at least not yet. The documentation is detailed and easy to understand, making it straightforward to get started. Setting up an AI agent is quick and simple. What do you like best about Synthflow?

I like the customizability of the voice agents, including the modular system for creating knowledge bases and integrating other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The app was somewhat complicated to navigate.

The voices for agents were not gendered, so trying to filter based on "male" or "female" in the dropdown filters yielded 0 results; moreover, there were no other filters, despite things like age and accent being obvious options for filters.

I already opted to start a free trial, I already have a paid OpenAI API key, and I'm paying $1.50 per month for a number, but I can't even test out an agent BY MYSELF. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. I don't want to fill out this lengthy review for a few call-minutes just to see if I even like the tool. I should be allowed to have conversation with myself, free-of-charge. The membership trials are also rather lame. Two weeks only, then if I don't remember to cancel it in the event that it's not right for me, I'll be paying almost $500 dollars per month, minimum. Not only is it downright expensive, on its own, but it feels like you're trying to pigeonhole people into accidentally paying a large amount for the services. I'm literally trying to SELL your product to my clients as a part of my automation consulting business, and I can't test out the agent before committing to it personally or pitching it to my clients. You're hurting your own business!

I'm not sure why, but the Zapier integration just doesn't seem to be fully functioning. The embed portion isn't loading. When I try to connect from the integrations page, I'm prompted to "install" Zapier--a fully online tool.

What I Like Best:

Synthflow has allowed my business to automate a large portion of our inbound and outbound communication. The AI-powered call agent (we named ours Lisa) is incredibly intuitive—it can greet clients, answer product questions, and even set appointments without missing a beat. The platform saves my team hours each day, allowing us to focus on closing deals rather than chasing leads.

Business Problems Solved:

The initial setup had a bit of a learning curve, particularly in fine-tuning conversation flows. However, once we got through the early adjustments, the system ran smoothly.
