What problems is TeamMate+ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some opportunities are:

TeamInsights:

1. Allow the creation of more complex filters by enabling double parentheses "((" "))" to structure formulas

2. Facilitate the printing of conditions included in reports

3. Allow reordering of conditions within the same report

4. Do not allow the deletion of a field from a report that has a programmed condition

5. Given the limitation in templates, include the function to remove duplicates in the report

6. Include a report of uncompleted, unreviewed, or rejected timesheets

7. Be able to include more fields in filtering

Surveys:

1. Viewer for the survey administrator (evaluation or project) to complete

2. Centralized report of survey results

Panel:

1. Expand a format for risk information panels

"Amazing Help to Analyze date"

What do you like best about TeamMate+?

I often use team mate anayltics to manipulate my worksheets. My favorite feature of that is to merge the worksheets based on a specified column that matches in both worksheets to then append the data. This is so much easier than doing multiple columns of v-lookup to add data from one worksheet to another. There are so many other useful features that are helpful when trying to analyze large amounts of data in excel. I have been using the product for about 2 years and am still finding new ways to help me understand, analyze, merge, split, and simply see my data in a way that makes sens. So much help when trying to reconcile two worksheets and find the differences.

Adding the program to excel was very easy and painless. Use of it is very intuative and I have seldom had to look up any help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamMate+?

At this point I haven't found a real downside. When joining tow sheets the fuzzy logic does not always work quite the way I would expect but that is more likely an issue with my logical thinking as I am always able to understand why it matched the way it did vs the way I thought it would n Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TeamMate+?

TM has good ease of use with features available. A good customer support with queries resolved or responded in a decent time. Availability of the tool with clear timelines provided for system down time and upgrades / enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamMate+?

Risk Assessment module is very underdeveloped, a lot effort is required and the module requires a revamp. Whilst some work has done to the module however, it is still not as required. Also flexibility needs to be provided by module which will the Internal Audit team to enhance their risk assessment process. Risk assessment is fundamental to defining the universe which audit team needs to focus.

There are constraints on multiple number of data points (fields) can not be added which restrict TeamMate ability to provide the flexibility. This should be on the customer what data field they want to add in the process.

Also in the last couple of years new features are added, however, they require additional licenses to be purchased. This strategy should be discontinued and should be part of the overall annual licensing fees. This strategy does leave a positive outcome for customers. A good example is business engine rules which undermines the process of building smart check in TeamMate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Teammate+ Review"

What do you like best about TeamMate+?

I like being able to create the RCM in TM+ and align it with our controls and being able to link findings and MAPs. I also like that management is able to login and provide updates and upload supporting docs to resolve findings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamMate+?

I would like to see improvements in the Agile stories. It would be helpful to see implementation of a Kanban storyboard for user stories.

I would like to see bulk action items be a feature. For example, if I have the same preparer and reviewers, I'd like to be able to assign those user to multiple objects at once, instead of having to repeat this tasks for each object which is very time consuming. What do you like best about TeamMate+?

TeamMate+ makes every audit I complete seamless and easy to navigate. The interface is very user friendly and organized. Adding files to the audit projects is also very easy and workpaper management is clear and concise. What do you like best about TeamMate+?

What do you like best about TeamMate+?

What do you like best about TeamMate+?

TM+ helps make the audit process safer, with a review and approval flow, as well as the storage of working papers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamMate+?

1) The new layout has greatly negatively impacted user productivity and should have been put up for opinion before being implemented definitively;

2) problems in assigning access profiles/division of functions for the audit team;

3) improvements that should be added for free are being charged at very high prices, such as agile resources and APIs;

4) The scheduling functionality is completely useless, as it does not allow auditors' hours to be adequately distributed among projects.
