"One Best Place to Track Your Works"
What do you like best about Trello?

What I appreciate most about Trello is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to keep track of our tasks. This helps ensure that we stay on top of pending or backlog items and don't fall behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

There’s really nothing I dislike about Trello, except that it doesn’t provide push notifications. Because of this, I have to open the platform each time to check for any updates or activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple way to manage tasks"
What do you like best about Trello?

I really like how flexible the boards and cards are. For example, I created a board for my personal projects and one for a group assignment, and I can move tasks around, add checklists, deadlines, and labels in a way that’s super intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The most helpful feature for me is being able to see the progress of a project at a glance. I also like using power-ups like calendar view and integrations with Google Drive, which makes it easy to attach files and stay organized. It keeps everything in one place and makes team collaboration smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the first options when you are looking to organize your tasks seriously"
What do you like best about Trello?

The best thing about Trello for me is having everything clear in one place, no matter where it comes from. Before, I was drowning in random reminders—emails, WhatsApp messages, sticky notes, you name it. My first week with Trello felt totally different: every new task just turned into a card, and the board became my map showing me where I stood. I didn’t need manuals or YouTube tutorials—within 10 minutes I already had a flow up and running. On top of that, the AI saves tons of time. For example, I typed “this should be done by Friday,” and it instantly created the card with that due date. Super handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

One time a board accidentally went public because the permissions weren’t set up right. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it made me realize how important those settings are if you care about security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Remote Collaboration, but Beware of Hidden Paywalls"
What do you like best about Trello?

It's simple and easy to use. The app does an excellent job of mimicking the real version, such as the scrum or kanban boards I use at work. It has enabled my team to connect from various locations and contribute without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Many add-ons, or power ups are hidden behind paywalls. While I understand that they require to be paid, however I had to scrap some workflows as they were made using power ups that added me to a free version and suddenly stopping as I wasn't fully aware that it was a paid add-on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with the new Trello"
What do you like best about Trello?

Now I can capture my to-dos wherever they arise: whether it's a Slack message, an email, even an idea on the fly. I add it directly to the Trello Inbox. I can even use Siri to say something like, Hey Siri, add Review Budget to Trello, and voilà, it's there, ready for me. I can also simply forward an email to inbox@app.trello.com and it becomes a card.

The most magical thing is that Trello now uses artificial intelligence to extract due dates, priorities, and specific tasks from the raw text I send. So I don't have to worry about formatting or labeling everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

My boards become a mess: thousands of cards, endless lists, horizontal board… they become difficult to navigate and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Go To tool for project tracking"
What do you like best about Trello?

I really appreciate how visual and intuitive Trello is. The boards and cards make it very clear to see what’s in progress, what’s pending, and what’s already done. I never needed a manual to get started—it just makes sense right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

As projects grow larger, the boards can become somewhat overwhelming to navigate. Additionally, while some advanced features are restricted to paid plans, the free version still provides most of the essential tools needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless project management for small teams"
What do you like best about Trello?

It's really easy to use! If you're working on a small project with just a few team members and don't want to spend hours setting up tools, I'd highly recommend Trello. It has all the features you need to track project progress and assign tasks to team members. What's more, I really like the mobile app — it's so convenient that I can check everything with just one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I can't find anything there. It's difficult to use when your projects become more complex because there is no backlog. I think it's simply not a tool for complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Go-To for Seamless Teamwork"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello has truly revolutionized how my team and I manage projects. The visual drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive; it makes organizing tasks feel less like a chore and more like a game. I particularly love how we can create customizable boards, lists, and cards for anything and everything – from tracking progress on a big launch to simply keeping tabs on our weekly to-do list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

While Trello is amazing for many things, it does have a few minor drawbacks. For really complex projects with intricate dependencies, it can sometimes feel a bit simplistic. There isn't a native Gantt chart view, for example, which can be a limitation when you need to visualize timelines and overlapping tasks in a more traditional project management sense. "Simple, flexible, and reliable project management tool"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello’s visual boards and drag-and-drop interface make task management extremely intuitive. It’s easy to organize projects, assign tasks, and track progress at a glance. I also appreciate the wide range of integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Jira. The biggest strength is its flexibility—you can use it for small personal projects or complex team workflows. Features like checklists, labels, due dates, and automation rules (Butler) streamline daily operations and save time. Collaboration is smooth, with comments, attachments, and real-time updates keeping everyone in sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Trello can get a bit cluttered with very large projects or many cards, making it hard to visualize everything at once. Some advanced project management features, like Gantt charts or reporting, require third-party add-ons. Notifications can also be overwhelming if not managed carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
