Most importantly, Sonar listens to its users and works to improve based on voice of the customer.

The amount and richness of data is fantastic. There's really nothing to compare to how rich the data is. This is the gold standard for analyzing data and tracking the freight market. My team and I use it daily to track the market. We also use the API to help predict prices and feed our pricing models. The support team is great - whenever we encounter an issue or a question, they respond right away. There's been a couple rate cases where there was an issue, and those were resolved almost immediately. It also has a very easy learning curve - you can be up and running in just a minute.

The upsides of using Sonar compared to other industry reporting tools is ability to cascade on information quickly. When we have problems we can easily connect with customer service and get a prompt answer. For my team in particular we use sonar semi weekly depending on the project.
