Accenture Recruitment Process: Selection Rounds

1. Online Round

The initial stage is an online assessment on platforms like HackerRank, lasting 135 minutes. It includes Cognitive Ability (50 questions: English, reasoning), Technical Assessment (40 questions: pseudocode, networking, cloud), and Coding (2 problems in Java, Python, etc.).

2. Communication Assessment

A virtual verbal test assessing fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation (30 minutes; non-elimination).

3. Interview Round

A virtual interview with two panelists focusing on core concepts and behavioral fit. Expect questions on data structures (e.g., arrays, linked lists), algorithms (e.g., sorting, searching), databases (SQL), OOP principles, projects, and HR topics like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why Accenture?".
