    It happened few time with me : First of all try to keep calm and relax if your not the reason of disruption, After you arranged and placed the order of the required part Than explain politely to the customer that why its happened and how long it will take time the machine get operational again because the customer not really listen to why its happened even if you have to explain their more like to know when the problem get resolved

    Scheduled maintenance will not always run to a specified schedule and will depend on your clients machinery age, workload and previous maintenance records. Breakdowns are inevitable and are not always attributed to a maintenance schedule, have your client made aware and discuss alternatives.

    Uma forma que eu tenho de pensar, agir e pôr em prática é fazer com que o cliente fique ciente do que está acontecendo. Mas antes de tudo com todo o planejamento, já deixa de prontidão e já planejado uma segunda alternativa, pois quem já atua na área sabe que, ocorre em algumas circunstâncias e situações. Com uma equipe eficiente e capacitada é possível, mesmo com identificação de novas atividades na hora e possível controlar e entregar o bom resultado que o cliente espera. Ser claro e objetivo com o cliente, deixá-lo à parte de tudo que está acontecendo fica melhor o entendimento e compreensão para todos. Obrigado !
