COSI is now live on Shopify 🎉 Over the past few months, COSI (Circle of Security International) worked with eHouse to completely reimagine how they deliver online education and manage their facilitator network on Shopify. COSI’s mission is all about making their world-class courses and certifications accessible and easy to engage with — but their tech stack was holding them back. High maintenance costs and limited flexibility were hindering progress. eHouse helped COSI: ✅ Rebuild their course catalog as Shopify products — with custom metafields for schedules, trainers, and formats (virtual/in-person) ✅ Create a dynamic customer dashboard showing past, current, and future coursework ✅ Seamlessly register multiple attendees during checkout ✅ Develop a facilitator directory powered by a custom app integrated with their ERP ✅ Unify backend operations with integrations to their LMS and ERP systems This was a massive cross-functional effort, and we’re incredibly proud of how the platform now supports both learners and facilitators at scale.
