If you’re someone who enjoys designing elegant backend architectures, scaling distributed systems, and collaborating with smart, product-driven teams — this might be your next big move. What we’re looking for: ✅ 7–12 years of hands-on experience in backend development ✅ Expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery, and uWSGI ✅ Strong command of MySQL and Elasticsearch ✅ Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and other high-performance data pipelines ✅ Familiarity with JavaScript and React.js (bonus points for full-stack awareness) ✅ Deep understanding of AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, EKS) and cloud-native design ✅ Experience with containerization & Kubernetes for scalable deployments You’ll be part of a team that values ownership, technical depth, and continuous learning.
