  • From Classroom Dream to Award-Winning Startup What started as a classroom idea is now an award-winning startup on a mission to make life easier for thousands. Meet Orduna — founded by young visionaries with a shared purpose: to simplify access to German authorities for immigrants and make integration smoother for everyone. Their journey took a big turn when co-founder Vlera Karameta joined the 2hearts community and met Maik Luu Bach and Onur Mehmed, who immediately recognized the team’s passion and decided to guide them through the startup journey. That mentorship – combined with hard work and heart – paid off: Orduna just won 1st place in the Impact category at this year’s STARTUP TEENS Awards! This is more than a success story. It’s proof that when community, mentorship, and purpose come together, dreams become impact. ❤️❤️ Read the full story ⬇️

  • ❤️ ❤️ 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲: 𝗔 2hearts 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 At 2hearts, we believe that diverse experience is a superpower. Every day, members of our community are navigating new spaces, building bridges between cultures, and achieving incredible career milestones. Today, we're kicking off a series to shine a spotlight on these 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 - starting with Aleksandrs journey! His experience proves that with the right support, you don't have to choose between finding your place and being yourself. Read along for Alexs story⬇️ 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Transitioning from the startup world to a giant like Bosch felt like landing on a different planet. I wondered how I could find my place without losing my own identity. That’s where the 2hearts community made a huge difference. As a network for people with migration background, it connected me with Florian Bankoley. Having a sparring partner who not only understood the corporate world but also my personal journey was invaluable. Our regular check-ins were simple but powerful. Florian's best advice? "𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆." And it worked. I'm now well over halfway through my JMP trainee program at Bosch and am currently supporting our corporate research department in Silicon Valley. Big thanks to Florian for being a great guide and to the entire 2hearts community for creating a space where these connections can happen. It’s not just professional networking; it’s about shared experience. 🔄 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿. Thanks for sharing your journey, Alex! ✨ Are you ready to find your own career companion? Join the 2hearts community and let's connect. ❤️ ♥️

  • What a night in Munich! ✨ 2hearts x UnternehmerTUM We kicked off our joint Community Night with a calming meditation led by Dr. Afsaneh Asaei, setting the perfect tone for an evening of connection and inspiration. She then shared her personal journey with UnternehmerTUM, giving us a glimpse into how she found her path and what drives her work there. Next, Ashok Muralidharan took the stage to tell his founder story — from his beginnings at the Digital Product School by UnternehmerTUM School to creating @Willkommen.ai, a startup on a mission to make life for immigrants more efficient and human-centered. The evening wrapped up with an engaging panel talk moderated by Nhi H., bringing together insights from Afi and Ashok on innovation, community, and the power of collaboration. Of course, no community night would be complete without plenty of delicious vegan pizza and lively networking to close out the event! 🍕💬 A huge thank you to everyone from the 2hearts Munich Chapter Team, Nathalie, Nhi, and Lucas for the organization, Tien Anh Nguyen and Alex Tu for the wonderful pictures, WeWork for providing the space and snacks, and UnternehmerTUM for making this night so special. Here’s to many more inspiring evenings together!
