In honor of National Manufacturing Month, we’re taking a closer look at our laser cutting technology from #AAONTulsa. This robust machine makes exact cuts for the framing of key components. After cutting, the pieces move to our automated welder and powder coat booth, becoming motor mount frames designed to minimize vibration and sound. Available only in our larger tonnage units, these motor mount frames embody the precision and durability built into every AAON unit.

When you build the best, you bring it home. 🚁 Seven 30-ton #AAONAlphaClass units were lifted onto our Tulsa facility, adding 210 tons of cooling capacity. This full-circle moment took months of planning and coordination across teams to ensure a safe and seamless lift. Another proud moment built by the people who make it possible.
