ICYMI: We unveiled our new electric ultra-low-floor axle (eULFA) at Busworld - Exhibitions in Brussels. Designed specifically for low-floor transit buses, the eULFA delivers uncompromising performance and efficiency with two high-performance motors and inverters. Customers and industry leaders who stopped by our booth got a first look at this eAxle product and joined us for a reception where we dove further into the flexibility and opportunities the eULFA provides. We’re excited to announce our partnership with Tyczka Group to deploy a 5-megawatt PEM electrolyzer system at the Port of Schweinfurt in Bavaria, Germany. 20 electric school buses. One of the largest single-district deployments in New York. And it's more than just buses. In partnership with Cummins Inc., we delivered an all-in-one solution that enabled the Lake Shore Central School District to adopt electric transportation, complete with infrastructure and long-term support built in.

We just wrapped up something EPIC! After four years of collaborative R&D, our EPIC project - Electric Powertrain Integration for heavy Commercial vehicles - has reached a powerful conclusion. ePowertrains can meet the demanding performance needs of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Delivered in partnership with Electra Commercial Vehicles Ltd and funded by the UK Department of Business and Trade through the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK, this project ended with a live demonstration featuring four fully integrated electric vehicles outfitted with Accelera eAxles. Each vehicle demonstrated exceptional torque, power, efficiency, and range, proving we built more than just electric vehicles. We set a new benchmark for commercial EV performance. ⚡ 🚛

A major step forward for green hydrogen in Europe, and Accelera is proud to be part of it! bp is launching offtake opportunities for green hydrogen from its 100MW project in Lingen, Germany, and we’re proud to be supplying the PEM electrolyzers powering this plant. Manufactured at our facility in Guadalajara, Spain, these electrolyzers will help deliver up to 12,000 tonnes of renewable hydrogen annually starting in 2027 – supporting the decarbonization of transport and industry and connecting to Germany’s expanding hydrogen pipeline network. This marks a significant milestone for industrial decarbonization and a testament to the growing momentum behind clean hydrogen infrastructure in Europe. Full article linked in the comments👇

We had an incredible time at the ACT Expo / ACT News 2025! Our booth was buzzing with excitement as industry leaders explored our zero-emissions products aimed at electrifying and decarbonizing commercial transportation. This year, we announced multiple groundbreaking products: 🔋 Advanced LFP light-duty battery: Designed for light-duty trucks, off-highway equipment, and other commercial applications, this battery is a versatile pack designed for flexible packaging and ease of integration.  ⚡ Digital solutions: Including Over-the-Air updates and Vehicle-to-Grid ISO-20 certifications, these solutions are set to revolutionize vehicle connectivity and grid integration. 🚛 Integrated electric powertrain for medium-duty vehicles: Announced in partnership with Isuzu, the ePowertrain features our 14xe eAxle, Power Control and Accessory System (PCAS) 3.0 and Advanced LFP battery platform. Over three days, we chatted with booth visitors, met with customers and explored the show floor to get a look at other innovations happening in the industry. Here's what we learned 👇 🤝 Customer partnership is a must: We see partnerships as the new frontier in industry leadership. Accelera's latest joint venture with Daimler Truck and PACCAR is a game-changer, bringing battery manufacturing to the U.S. As Cummins Inc. CEO Jennifer Rumsey said in her opening keynote, this is a time for us to come together to move our industry forward. 💧 Fuel cell continues to spark interest: Despite industry trends, fuel cell solutions were seen in multiple booths. Accelera displayed their FCE300 fuel cell engine, attracting impressive foot traffic and curiosity. ⛽ Investing in infrastructure: Numerous booths showcased electric vehicle charging technologies, underscoring a commitment to the energy transition despite slower-than-anticipated EV adoption rates. ⭐ Commitment is the name of the game: We're all in the messy middle of the energy transition, but we're all in it together. While uncertainty exists regarding the role regulations, incentives and trade policy will play in the future of our industry, we also continue to invest, innovate, and develop technologies that are cleaner, more advanced, and more efficient than ever before.
