Before the holiday, we gathered Boston founders, investors, and operators for a conversation on what it really takes to build and scale an AI-native company. Inside the Stack: How AI Native Founders Are Using AI to Scale, co-hosted with Flybridge and SVB, focused on how early stage companies are measuring their progress on the AI-native journey, how AI is reshaping culture and org design, and what it takes to successfully implement internal tools. From recruiting and performance management to the realities of assessing build vs. buy, our panelists shared a grounded look at the opportunities and tradeoffs that come with growing and scaling today.
