  • When students get access to mentors, doors open—and careers begin. 🌟 In 2025, our AEG Presents + Goldenvoice College Connection program supported 500+ students with an inside look at career pathways across the live entertainment industry. Participants gained meaningful one‑on‑one and small‑group mentorship, plus direct networking with industry professionals. We’re proud to share that 60+ students were hired to work at our U.S. festivals in areas including ticketing, marketing, and operations—and several participants accepted full‑time or part‑time roles with AEG. This is the impact of intentional mentorship and early‑career development. Mentoring Month is the perfect time to explore how you can grow your career with us: https://lnkd.in/gPcW7MGD A special thank‑you to Twana Simmons for founding the College Connection program, and to the entire team for continuing to inspire the next generation of live entertainment professionals. #LifeAtAEG #WeAreAEG #Mentorship #CareerDevelopment #LiveEntertainment
