Tom P. Operations Supervisor, Formation Area Started 2012 “I joined AESC in November 2012 as a Production Technician and have had the opportunity to grow into several roles, including Line Leader, Key Trainer for Universal Stack, Production Supervisor, and B-Area Planner/Scheduler. In May 2023, I joined the ESS project as Project Supervisor. AESC’s culture is truly rewarding. It offers everyone the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact. In my current role, I focus on safety, quality, and ensuring we meet our production schedule while supporting my team every step of the way. I’ve enjoyed seeing our plant grow and produce over one million cells this year! I work alongside a dedicated, respectful team, and we accomplish great things together because we treat each other equally and support one another. What I enjoy most about AESC are the lasting friendships I’ve built over the years. My advice for anyone considering joining AESC: if you want to be part of the highest technology of the future, this is the place to be.” #peoplepowered #AESCUS #joinAESC #batteryjobs #batterycareers #energyjobs #energycareers #manufacturingjobs #manufacturingcareers
