National Disability Employment Awareness Month in October is a time to recognize the contributions of workers with disabilities and promote inclusive workplaces 🌟 Less than half of people with disabilities who are working age (ages16-64) are employed, and many of those are underemployed. #NDEAM aims to increase awareness and highlight the skills and talents of individuals with disabilities.
