Last Friday I had the privilege of joining the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco for a fireside chat with Dheeraj Pandey, Founding CEO of Nutanix and fellow UT Austin Longhorn. The session was moderated by Mary Jo Potter, managing partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures. We reflected on lessons learned from building and scaling technology companies. What it really takes to lead through challenge, to stay transparent, and to foster a culture that solves problems head-on. In this short clip, I share a story about the culture of openness and accountability that became defining principles for the AMD R&D team. Those same principles, transparency, problem-solving, and execution excellence, are what every startup needs to scale with integrity and speed. #AI #Innovation #Leadership #EngineeringCulture #Entrepreneurship #Startup
