22 years of military service doesn't just end—it evolves. When Linda retired in 2021, the loss of her structure, mission, and community was jarring. "After retiring, I lost my sense of purpose," she shared. That feeling was compounded by her husband's deployment and her children leaving home—a "double whammy."
