This Veterans Day and Remembrance Day, we are taking time to honor and thank all who served. We are grateful for our associates who are Veterans and for the incredible contributions they make across the entire AEO community. Our Veteran & Military Employee Resource Group (VMERG) champions their service, not just today, but all year long. To commemorate this day - and the anniversary of the U.S. Army, Navy and Marine Corps - associates participated in a 250 Mile Salute, reflecting on the rich history of the military and raising funds in support of Homes for our Troops. Time flies when you’re giving back! 💚 This October marks the three year anniversary of the Aerie Real Foundation and our partnership with PERIOD., a nonprofit striving to eradicate period poverty and stigma. To celebrate this milestone, hundreds of corporate and field associates across Pittsburgh, New York and Mexico City joined forces with the organization to support Period Action Day - packing more than 14,000 kits and providing 250,000 supplies for those in need. Together, we’re helping PERIOD. reach its goal to deliver 1 million menstrual products and drive awareness for an incredibly important cause.

We recently celebrated more than 100 associates for their outstanding impact and dedication to our business and values in the first and second quarters. 💪 This recognition brought together associates from across the company to celebrate the accomplishments of seven teams. From building a new in-house returns application and executing a flawless rollout of a new store design to the team that quickly mobilized to respond and react to evolving trade policies. This World Mental Health Day, we are reflecting on the remarkable impact of the AE Foundation. Since launching in 2024, we've partnered with nearly 200 nonprofits across the U.S. and Canada, inspiring thousands of young people to prioritize their mental health and well-being. And we are just getting started! 💚💙 To celebrate, the AE Foundation is reaffirming its commitment to Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) with a Signature Grant, which will help expand the nonprofit's High School Program, empowering students to lead mental health advocacy efforts and foster more inclusive, supportive school environments.
