Freshpaint's House Call in Miami proved what happens when healthcare marketers share ideas instead of working in silos. Our partnership with Freshpaint is built on aligned thinking around privacy-first measurement, audience-led strategy, and sustainable growth. The conversations in Miami were practical, honest, and focused on where healthcare marketing is headed next. Grateful for the collaboration and momentum. Excited for the future that we're building together.
House Call Miami Recap 🌴 What a few days in Miami at Freshpaint House Call. Bobble Craig and I had a blast serving as event MCs—and while the weather outside was unseasonably cool, the conversations inside were anything but. From bold ideas to practical takeaways, House Call delivered the kind of insights that will shape healthcare growth marketing in 2026 and beyond. It was also the perfect setting to reconnect with longtime colleagues and meet new friends across the industry. A special moment for our team, Gary Stubblefield Rick Berman as we officially launched Amsive Health—the formalization of a healthcare practice we’ve been building for over a decade. Announcing it in person, alongside such a forward-thinking group of healthcare leaders, made it even more meaningful. Link with details in comments. ⭐ A few highlights that stood out⭐ • Pri Shumate’s opening keynote reinforced the power of language in audience targeting, the growing role of influencers in healthcare, and how marketers can better position initiatives with the CFO in mind. • The “Full Funnel ROI” breakout with Brian Gould, Xavier Dao, and Lyndey Brock —moderated by James Corr — was a great reminder that brand (upper funnel) and performance (lower funnel) must work together to drive sustainable growth, especially in the urgent care space. • “Measuring What Matters” with Sherianne James, Ray Mina, and Kate Newbold—moderated by Dave Twichell —delivered a strong case for multi-touch decisioning and easing our industry’s overreliance on last-click attribution (looking at you, paid search). To cap off the day, I had the pleasure of moderating a “group therapy” session with Ray Mina and Michael Candullo: “Admitting You’re Addicted to Google.” We dug into why healthcare marketers have leaned so heavily on Google for so long—and why a truly multichannel media strategy is what will win in 2026. Beyond the sessions, the real magic was the people. Grateful for the conversations with leaders across healthcare marketing, including Jon Medin, Mari Considine, Lisa Overman, Lindsey Holland, Blair Primis, Jeannie Kenkare, Stephanie Downing, Dawn Kjeldsen (congrats IU), Shannon Helfman, MPH—and the incredible Freshpaint team. Huge shoutout to Yvette Castro, Emily Chien and team for orchestrating an outstanding experience. House Call was a day full of collaboration, insight, and momentum. And yes… Bobble Craig enthusiastically agrees.

Algorithms are more likely to reward relevance over volume. Timing and engagement keep content in motion. Memorable creative keeps people interested. Treating those as separate problems is where performance breaks down. Alyssa Windle explains how to plan for people and platforms to make sure your content is awarded by both.
