After a 22-year career, Mr. Necula retired from MTA LIRR in 2019 as the Managing Engineer of Civil Design, Structures Division of Engineering Dept. Ms. Janine Gabay is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with a successful career that spans more than 30 years.
