Alongside PHX Architecture and SB Design, our team delivered a project highlighting #NativeAmerican artistry and craftsmanship. Our team is nearing completion on Van Buren Industrial Office and Warehouse Phase II in Phoenix, Arizona. Final touches are underway as we prepare the 19,160-square-foot office and warehouse building for its debut. The single finished tenant space includes 3,160 square feet of modern office space and 16,000 square feet of high-clear warehouse space, paired with a 13,000-square-foot secure yard for outdoor storage. All of this is housed within a pre-engineered metal building. Thoughtful design features include enhanced landscaping along Van Buren Street, shaded outdoor patios and seating, and a stepped façade that creates a welcoming, well-defined entry. Developed by Masyno Washington LLC and designed by LEA Architects with structural engineering by Caruso Turley Scott, this second phase continues the growth of the industrial development and delivers a well-designed, purpose-built facility for future operations. Our team continues to make progress on the Brooklyn Bedding Tank Farm 2 Expansion and Phase II project in Glendale, Arizona. This multi-phase effort supports the company’s continued growth and includes a new 285,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), an additional tank farm, and extensive sitework improvements. The team is currently focused on vertical construction of the PEMB, including structural steel erection, sheathing installation, concrete slab pours, and electrical rough-in at Tank Farm 2. When complete, the PEMB will house production, curing, and storage functions, and include a two-story interior office and an enclosed gantry crane. Located at the northwest corner of the site, the new tank farm will support foam production and includes a 2,761-square-foot shaded canopy. Site enhancements also feature upgraded utilities, new paving, and added security elements. A.R.
