About us
The Arizona Diamondbacks have won five National League West Division Championships (1999, 2001-02, 2007, 2011) since entering Major League Baseball as an expansion franchise in 1998. The D-backs also became the fastest expansion team to win a World Series Championship after defeating the New York Yankees in the 2001 World Series in only their fourth year of existence. The club plays its games at Chase Field in downtown Phoenix, which features a signature swimming pool and a retractable roof, to keep fans comfortable in an air-conditioned facility during the hot summer months. The organization has also given back more than $55 million to non-profit organizations in Arizona since 1997 through its Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and is consistently named among the “Best Places to Work” by the Phoenix Business Journal and BestCompaniesAZ. Celebrating the Future of STEM! 🔬🧪 Before Saturday’s game, we proudly recognized the third class of D-backs Avnet STEM Scholars — an extraordinary group of 12 high-potential, first-generation college-bound students from Arizona. In partnership with Avnet and The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Phoenix, we surprised these incredible scholars with four-year college scholarships, helping pave the way for their futures in STEM. Each student also received a custom D-backs jersey, a laptop, backpack, headphones, a $500 gift card for school essentials, and tickets to D-backs home games. We’re honored to support the next generation of innovators and leaders. The future is bright!

Everyone, please welcome to the team, our newest Diamondback, No. 4 Ben Willis! Friday, we had the incredible honor of making a dream come true with Make-A-Wish® Arizona. From receiving his very own jersey and locker in the clubhouse, to spending time with his favorite players and throwing out the ceremonial first pitch — Ben had the full big-league experience. Moments like these remind us why we love the game. ❤️
