As part of the official visit to France of HE Mr. Linkham Douangsavanh, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Lao PDR, AFD - Agence Française de Développement was honored to discuss a solid and ambitious partnership in favor of sustainable and inclusive agriculture.
