Our First-Year Fellows, Harkirat Sangha and Noelle Wiseman, recently had the privilege of attending the Annual Arthur M. Lucas Medical Ethics Lecture, featuring Dr. Jim O'Connell, President of Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. His reflections on serving unhoused populations challenged our fellows to think deeply about the kind of leaders they aspire to be. They were inspired by his reminder that leadership in healthcare is grounded in compassion, humility, and truly understanding the needs of the people we serve, so that we can make a real difference in our communities. ⚾ Why St. Louis? Busch Stadium! A little while ago, the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Administrative Fellows had the chance to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals as they faced the Cincinnati Reds. Harkirat Sangha, Ryan Gregory, and Noelle Wiseman spent the evening together at Busch Stadium, taking in one of St. Louis’s favorite traditions.
