Ritedose recently received approval from the FDA to manufacture and distribute generic Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Solution at 0.5% (2.5 mg/0.5 mL) dosage. Why does this matter? - The drug is primarily used to provide relief for patients with asthma or those who experience acute attacks of bronchospasm. - In the United States alone, more than 26 million people are known to have asthma, and about 7 million of them are children. - Adding this dosage rounds out Ritedose's complete portfolio of albuterol treatments. Ritedose estimates that the new dosage will be available starting in the second quarter of 2025. Want to learn more? Client highlight! When Leukogene Therapeutics, Inc., a spinoff of Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), came to Inspire, its founders knew they needed a solid brand message and new website to drive their growth. The company is in pre-clinical development of potential new therapies for acute myelogenous leukemia (AML), pancreatic carcinoma and other cancers. Leukogene created the molecule M2T to mimic binding regions of the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) II and direct tumor associated antigens (TAAs) to MHCII on antigen presenting cells (APCs), triggering an anti-tumor immune response. Inspire created a new brand identity, messaging, and scientific graphics. We also developed an eye-popping new website, complete with an introduction to the company and its founders; an explanation of its revolutionary approach to immune therapies for cancers; and background on the significance of finding new treatments for very challenging cancers. We're at it again: another capacity expansion! Our new Syntegon packaging line doubles our capacity to package single, individually wrapped vial medications. In September 2024, Ritedose announced that we are the manufacturing partner of choice for Verona Pharma's Ohtuvayre.
