Occupying half of the 19th floor, BEAR's recent renovation of MPS Law’s 10,358-SF office is thoughtfully designed with a balance of private and collaborative work areas. Twenty private offices line the perimeter, surrounding an open workspace that integrates three conference rooms, a team room, two huddle rooms, a wellness room, a copy/print area, an IT room, a storage area and a large pantry. The conference and huddle rooms feature glass office fronts, creating a bright and transparent environment. The café area showcases a warm, contemporary aesthetic with a wood slat ceiling and hanging felt panels. Both the reception and café areas include wood flooring, custom wood paneling throughout and a matching reception desk that ties the design together with a cohesive finish. On October 7th, BEAR Construction, in collaboration with Hopeful Beginnings of St. Mary's, organized a baby clothing sorting event, engaging over 20 women from local businesses and community friends. 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 is committed to promoting maternal mental health and providing support for local parents facing emergencies or challenges, as well as offering adoption assistance. The agency provides complimentary counseling services for postpartum depression/anxiety, grief and loss related to pregnancy, and general adjustment to parenting. In addition, they provide items from their 'baby closet' to those in need. BEAR was a booth presenter at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) Fall Career Fair on Wednesday, October 1, and Thursday, October 2, 2025, in the Kern Center. Students had the opportunity to meet with hundreds of employers to discuss job and internship opportunities. "We believe it is very important for us to help build the next generation of construction industry expertise. And at event like this one that MSOE puts on, we get to do that as well as build our own pipeline of talent," said BEAR Vice President of Construction Tim Klinger. 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝟐𝟏𝟗. BEAR is approximately 6 months underway on two major projects for Niles Township High School District 219. ▪️𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 The project includes construction of a new two-story, ~42,500 sf new building for Niles Central High School. This building will include 16 instructional rooms, both traditional classrooms and career and technology education learning labs. Additional scope includes a new parking lot with underground utilities, underground stormwater management systems, electric vehicle charger stations, permeable pavers, concrete pavers, concrete sidewalk / walkways, curb/gutters, asphalt pavement and pavement markings. Niles Central is a therapeutic public day school designed to support D219 students who benefit from a personalized learning environment. Currently, the school only occupies ~12,600sf of a building, so this new facility will be a substantial upgrade for Niles Central students. This project is also pursuing LEED and WELL Certification. ▪️𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 This project consists of a three-story, ~42,000 sf addition to Niles West High School that will house student services and a guest entrance on the first two floors, while the third floor will be home to a student commons, inclusive of a college and career center, classrooms, a wellness space and an outdoor roof patio. The existing building will also undergo interior renovations and MEP upgrades totaling ~16,900 sf. #BEARcc #StudioGC #D219
