BHDP, in partnership with Group RMC, has renovated spaces like the PNC lobby in Cincinnati and Hub 65 in Columbus, providing amenity-rich environments with coffee bars, gyms, golf simulators, flexible conference rooms, and more to support the shifting demands of tenants who desire both less and better space. To better support its evolving team and workplace culture, Messer Construction Co. partnered with BHDP to transform its Cincinnati regional office into a space that prioritizes connection, flexibility, and brand pride. The challenge? A traditional layout that limited collaboration, lacked natural light, and didn’t reflect Messer’s dynamic culture. The solution? A 7,000-SF renovation that removed perimeter offices, opened the floor plan, and brought natural light into every corner, creating a more inclusive and energizing work environment. At BHDP, our commitment to the environment goes beyond a single day. Throughout April, our teams came together to support meaningful clean-up and volunteer events and give back to the communities where we live and work. In Cincinnati, team members participated in the Great Parks “Protect Your Wild” event at Winton Woods Lake, removing debris from the shoreline. In Columbus, volunteers took part in the Big River Clean Up at Confluence Park—an effort that has helped keep over 21 tons of litter out of local waterways since 2017. And, in Raleigh, our team supported the City of Raleigh Municipal Government's Earth Day and Arbor Day 2025 Celebration through hands-on volunteering.
