Our Lindon team officially broke ground on the new Castle Rock Ambulance Barn — a project that will soon house a modern ambulance bay, office space, and living quarters for emergency crews. This milestone marks another important chapter in our partnership with Castle Rock Hospital District, building on our work at the Castle Rock Medical Center. Totaling 350 units, this affordable property has officially made its debut to Brooklyn Park. Cook Family Park brings together recreation, community gathering spaces, and essential city infrastructure in one thoughtfully designed environment. The themed 25‑acre park features a life-size Viking ship water feature, basketball court, two futsal courts, soccer fields, an all-skills skate park, bicycle pump track, trails, pavilions, restrooms, and shade structures — all built to support year‑round activity and connection.
