Recently, the Big O Tires field team collaborated to share insights into the franchise system, connect with peers and discuss the success and future growth of the Big O Tires brand. They also took part in team-building activities and gave back by assembling 300 hygiene kits to benefit neighbors in need via United Way of Palm Beach County and The Salvation Army Florida Division. Yesterday on my way to work my tire pressure light came on. The closer I got to the office, the lower the pressure dropped. I walked in and asked Breygan if he could follow me over to Big O Tires. Without hesitation he said yes. On the way I called the manager, Cory. I told him what was going on, and when I pulled in he was already outside with a big smile and a handshake. A few hours later my car was good to go for the 3-hour drive I had that night. Here’s what stood out to me. Not once did I think about googling “cheapest tires near me.” Not once did I wonder where I could find the best deal. I knew exactly where I was going. Why? Because of a connection that had already been built. Because of trust. Cory and his team have taken care of me time and time again. That’s what creates loyalty. That’s what creates confidence. And that’s what I want my own customers to feel when they work with me. When they have a need, I want them to know they don’t have to search, compare, or stress. They can come straight to me. They’ll know I’ll take care of them quickly, professionally, and with their best interest in mind. That’s the power of genuine connection. It isn’t always about instant value. It’s about showing up again and again until trust is built.
