It was a privilege to have Chalmers Brothers in collaboration with Vistage Worldwide, Inc., present on the three fundamental competencies essential for leadership and teamwork success: conversational, relational, and emotional competencies. Our team gained a substantial amount of valuable leadership and communication skills that will enhance our workplace performance. We eagerly anticipate future collaborations and opportunities to learn from Chalmers Brothers!
Thank you Martin Kuser and Jaime Leija and everyone at BioLab Holdings for the opportunity to spend a day with the leadership team in beautiful Mesa, AZ this week! We met last year at a Vistage Worldwide, Inc. meeting and our session this week involved conscious and intentional strengthening of 3 core competencies required for leadership and teamwork success: Conversational, Relational and Emotional competencies. In a great many organizations, Functional and Technical competencies have become "threshold" competencies - that is, the cost of entry, the cost of admission, simply required to even be in the organization. For the higher one progresses in leadership, the centrality of Conversational, Relational and Emotional competencies becomes more and more apparent... and how many examples do we see of folks getting promoted into leadership positions because they excelled in Functional and/or Technical competencies! I invite leaders at all levels to explore Vistage Worldwide, Inc. as a forum for dramatically improving your own leadership... looking forward to what the future holds and remember: Never Stop Learning!

I’m so excited to be launching our monthly WoundTalk series in partnership with Dr. Windy Cole, DPM, CWSP, FFPM RCPS(Glasg). A true partner and collaborator. The first episode kicks off this Thursday at 6:00pm EST with guests Dr. Loan Lam and Cameron “Cam” Ayala What’s made this even more meaningful is the overwhelming support from industry right out of the gate. When education is authentic, clinically relevant and built around real conversation people show up and they lean in. The value and ROI for lerEXPO sponsors is significant. This is not your typical webinar series. We have built a true wound care learning center for this series that brings together science, technology, workflow and real world clinical insight and bridges the gap between clicnians and industry.
