The recent passage of the #GeniusAct, which outlines a regulatory framework for stablecoins, highlights the accelerating adoption of blockchain-based digital assets. As these technologies move further into the mainstream, so too does the urgency of establishing strong, consistent security practices to protect users, networks, and infrastructure from growing threats. The Blockchain Security Standards Council (BSSC) recently released its first set of industry-driven security standards to help secure blockchain networks and digital assets. In light of increased adoption and evolving regulatory frameworks, BSSC is now evaluating additional standards —particularly in areas like Smart Contracts and other token focused standards As a nonprofit consortium dedicated to strengthening confidence in end-to-end blockchain security, BSSC brings together leading organizations to reduce the risk of exploits and elevate industry-wide security practices. We invite stakeholders from across the blockchain ecosystem to participate in the conversation and join us in shaping a safer, more resilient future for digital innovation. #BlockchainSecurity #DigitalAssets #Web3Compliance

Until recently, there was no clear baseline for security and privacy in blockchain. The General Security and Privacy Guidelines (GSP) from BSSC set the standard the industry desperately needed, defining how to manage risk, security, and privacy across blockchain ecosystems. This standard is your roadmap to staying compliant, protecting data, and staying ahead in both regulated and emerging markets.
