This month, Betsy Mountenay, Solutions Consultant in Sales and Service, celebrates 15 years with Bloomberg Industry Group. From starting as an intern at BNA to becoming a trusted product expert and client partner, Betsy’s story  is one of curiosity, growth, and perseverance.

Big news to share: I was officially elected to the Board of Directors for Spark the Journey in December (no acceptance speech required… thankfully)! Spark's mission really hits home for me. As the son of an educator and a librarian, I’ve always known the power of education and mentorship—and now, as a parent with a child in DC Public Schools, it feels even more personal (turns out pre-K makes everything feel real, fast). In my day job at Bloomberg Industry Group , I’m lucky to work alongside incredible people, and I’m excited to explore ways we can deepen our partnership with Spark! I am truly grateful for the opportunity and energized by the impact Spark the Journey is making across the DMV. Looking forward to helping move the mission forward—one student at a time!

Understanding the law is no longer optional—it's a core component of effective leadership.    In a recent interview with The Hill, Bloomberg Industry Group Editor-in-Chief Cesca Antonelli explained why outlets like Bloomberg Law are seeing such a dramatic spike in readership.
