Last week, we welcomed clients to Abilene, Texas for an on-the-ground look at one of our digital infrastructure investments.   Together with leadership from Blue Owl and project developer Crusoe, we toured the site that will ultimately house eight data centers and 32 data halls across four million square feet. This build sets a new standard for rapid green-field hyperscale digital infrastructure projects — ultimately providing 1.2GW of critical power capacity upon completion.   Projects like this are essential to bolstering the development of the digital economy, particularly as demand for compute capacity continues to accelerate. We are proud to serve as a strategic capital partner in this space — delivering complementary digital infrastructure for hyperscalers.

We were pleased to return to Copenhagen to share our GP Strategic Capital team's latest Private Markets Outlook.   The event brought together a thoughtful group of industry participants to explore the evolving fundraising and liquidity environment, as well as the broader trends shaping private market growth.   Cara Griffiths delivered a timely overview of current market dynamics, offering LPs additional clarity on the private markets landscape and the factors influencing capital formation and deployment.
