Launched during National Safety Month, "Hometown Trades Week" was a CX-led retail activation designed to honor the people who keep our communities running. The campaign paired a compelling in-store offer with hyperlocal creative, geo-targeted media, and a mobile-first experience that made it easy for customers to engage and convert. “This work was all about meeting workers where they are—on job sites, in their neighborhoods, and in the moments that matter most,” said Tom Lord, Creative Director at Bold Orange. “We built something that felt personal and local, but could scale nationally.
