About us
BOMA Greater Little Rock is an organization dedicated to the professional management of commercial real estate properties. Members include property owners and managers and the many service providers who provide support to the BOMA managed 30 million square feet of Central Arkansas' commercial property. Greater Little Rock office buildings contribute more than $291,000,000 to the State economy and support nearly 9,000 jobs. BOMA Greater Little Rock is federated with BOMA International, founded in 1907 with a membership of over 14,000. BOMA GLR members share a common goal of growing and enhancing our knowledge of the real estate industry through advocacy, education and networking. Our local organization consists of over 100 members and was founded in 1947, with a 50/50 ratio of property managers to service providers. We meet on the second Tuesday of the month for a business meeting and luncheon with a program of interest. Annually, we host events such as a golf tournament, awards banquet, building tour, trade show, and a Christmas party and silent auction benefiting a local charity. Our local chapter also participates in BOMA International's TOBY Awards competition, with several local entries winning on the regional level and Heifer International winning the International TOBY Earth Award in 2009.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock FEA (Finance Econ Association) partnered with BOMA of Greater Little Rock for a roundtable discussion luncheon on February 26, 2025 in the Reynolds School of Business. Professionals moved from student group to student group in a timed roundtable setting. They shared their business journeys, answered questions, and encouraged the students to persevere with patience. It was great hosting the event and we thank BOMA members from Simmons Bank, Moses Tucker Partners , Flake Company, TechSite, Inc. Colliers, Certa Pro Painters of Central AR, State of AR Division of Building Authority, Flagship Healthcare Properties, and the Plaza West Building.
