Tuesday was a big day for National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) at the Cottleville-Weldon Spring Chamber luncheon! BCI's Kristin Williams and Community Living's Sheri Wheeler Wiltse kept things running smoothly as emcees during the panel discussion, which included an employer, an employee, a parent, and a job coach. But the real star was BCI's receptionist, Paige McMullen, who did a fantastic job as a panelist, discussing what competitive employment looks like for people living with disabilities and sharing insights for employers on creating inclusive workplaces.
