What makes an entrepreneurial ecosystem thrive? It’s not just the ideas or the startups: it’s the organizations behind them. The ones that guide, connect, and lift others as they build their dreams. Today, we’re taking a moment to spotlight a group that often works behind the scenes but drives impact at every step: Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs). They come in many forms: incubators, accelerators, NGOs, universities, innovation hubs, each playing a unique role. And while their missions vary, they share something powerful: 👉 a commitment to helping entrepreneurs grow and succeed. And yet, as ESOs empower others, they also face challenges of their own: sustainability, tech adoption, impact measurement, network building, and offering high-quality support in fast-changing contexts. That’s why strengthening ESOs matters. Because when they connect, learn, and grow together, entire regions move forward, and entrepreneurship becomes more inclusive, more resilient, and more accessible. This is a small reminder of the heart of the ecosystem: its supporters. A look at who ESOs are, what they contribute, and why investing in their growth transforms everything around them. 💙 Curious to explore more about this work? 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dSA6AqcA

Conecta Africa is more than a program: it’s an institutional strengthening journey for ESOs looking to build resilience, stand out in the ecosystem, and keep supporting entrepreneurs with greater clarity and confidence. 🌍✨ Inside this community, organizations access the tools, structure, and peer connection they need to deliver stronger programs, without replacing what already works, but by amplifying the solutions they’re already leading. 🤝 With applications for the 2026 edition open, we want to highlight just a few of the opportunities available for ESOs: from understanding their institutional needs, to strengthening incubation capabilities, expanding their visibility, and collaborating with peers across the continent. 🌱💡 These are only a glimpse of what it means to be part of Conecta Africa: a space built on shared learning, co-creation, and collective growth. 👉 Want to learn more? 🚀 Conecta Africa Year 2 is live, and applications for ESOs across the continent are now open. After a powerful first edition where 20 ESOs collaborated with more than 500 entrepreneurs, Conecta Africa continues its mission of partnering with organizations that are already driving entrepreneurial innovation in their regions. Across Africa, many ESOs deliver essential programs while navigating short funding cycles, operational pressure, and limited internal capacity. Conecta Africa accompanies these organizations as they co-create stronger internal systems, enhance program consistency, broaden collaboration, and increase visibility among ecosystem actors. Year 1 showed promising results: stronger collaboration skills, improved monitoring processes, more diverse program pipelines, and leaders feeling better prepared to guide their teams. As Year 2 begins, participating ESOs will access: ✨ Institutional diagnostics ✨ Capacity-building through Conecta Academy ✨ Incubation methodology & technology ✨ A regional ESO community ✨ Clear impact measurement tools 👉 Applications now open 🔗 Learn more & apply: https://lnkd.in/gznhKr7b

✨ 2025, you were big. Bold. And full of moments that moved the entrepreneurial ecosystems forward. This year wasn’t just about opening new programs or entering new regions. It was about listening deeply, learning from our community, and showing up with a clearer vision of how to support those who support entrepreneurs. Across Latin America, Africa, the Caribbean, and beyond, we saw one truth repeat itself: 🌍 ecosystems thrive when people and organizations move forward together. We celebrated new partners joining Conecta, new teams taking root locally, and new chapters opening across regions. We faced scaling challenges head-on and came out stronger and more aligned. And together, we kept building pathways for more equitable entrepreneurship support around the world. 💙 To every ESO, mentor, entrepreneur, partner, and team member who walked with us this year, thank you. You are the reason these milestones matter. Here’s to a 2026 filled with collaboration and even more bridges being built! ✨🌍

As we get ready to step into 2026, one thing has become clear: companies can no longer afford engagement strategies that don’t truly engage. In the latest article, “Employee Engagement: What Companies Must Fix to Win in 2026,” our COO and Head of Ecosystem Relations Julie Murat reflects on what we’ve learned from supporting corporate teams around the world (and what organizations must rethink if they want purpose, motivation, and meaningful participation to thrive). 🙌 💡 The article highlights four essential shifts organizations must make: 👉Move away from “check-the-box” activities and create structured, purposeful engagement journeys. 👉Reduce the burden on internal teams by outsourcing operations and focusing on strategy and culture. 👉Build mentor ambassador communities that inspire participation from within. 👉Create skill-building pathways that connect employee growth with real social impact. At Bridge for Billions, we’ve seen how transformational engagement becomes when people feel connected to a purpose, supported in the process, and part of something bigger than themselves. It strengthens teams. It reinforces culture. And it brings innovation closer to the communities that need it most. If your company is rethinking how to build meaningful engagement in 2026, this reflection is for you. 👉 Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/evwkNbSE
