Tilt-Up Aero 70! 🏗️🎉 The Brinkmann team, along with our partners at United Properties, subcontractors, and trade partners, gathered to celebrate the incredible effort and dedication that have brought Aero 70 to this point in construction. Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman joined us for the event, helping mark this exciting milestone for the community and our project team. This event marks major progress on the 817,500 square-foot industrial development in Aurora, Colorado. Spanning 169 acres, the project will include two speculative warehouses, extensive site grading, and nearly two miles of new road and utility infrastructure that will connect the site to the city’s systems once complete. Aero 70 represents Brinkmann’s first project with United Properties and the largest industrial contract by dollar value in the history of our Denver office. The Reserve at Lone Tree is officially open! 🏗️   This 323,000 SF senior living community brings together 124 independent living units, 60 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units across two connected buildings on a 4.5-acre site. A two-story amenity space unites the structures, creating a seamless and vibrant environment for residents and families alike.   Congratulations to NexCore Group and OZ Architecture on this incredible achievement. Big ideas start with real-world experience. 💡 Brinkmann Constructors hosted members of Arizona State University’s Advancing Women in Construction (AWIC) and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) student chapters for a tour of VERVE Tempe in Arizona. The students got an inside look at the project ahead of its topping out celebration, gaining firsthand exposure to what goes into bringing large-scale developments to life. AWIC empowers and supports women pursuing careers in construction, engineering, and architecture, while CMAA connects future construction managers with the resources and professional network needed to strengthen our nation’s infrastructure. Progress is underway in Overland Park, Kansas! 🏗️ Brinkmann continues its longstanding partnership with Erickson Senior Living on Tallgrass Creek Residential Building 2.5, the fifth and final residential building on the campus. Spanning 173,000 SF, this five-story wood-framed building is being constructed over a podium deck with below-grade parking and will house 89 units for the vibrant senior living community. The team is currently framing the second floor and making great progress as work continues on the final phase of the campus. Excitement filled the air as Kirk Day School students got a sneak peek at the future of their campus! ✨ Last week, Kirk Day School students in grades 3–6 got a special preview of what’s to come on their campus. From standing inside the footprint of their new gym to checking out equipment and asking thoughtful questions, the kids had a blast seeing construction in action. Topping out at VERVE Tempe! 🎉🏗️ The team and our partners at Subtext came together to celebrate this major milestone in Tempe, Arizona, as the final beam was placed on this new student housing community near Arizona State University's Greek Row. Once complete, VERVE Tempe will bring 240 units across 505,750 SF and 16 stories, featuring standout amenities like a rooftop pool deck and solarium, coffee bar, dedicated study areas, golf simulator, and a two-story fitness and wellness center.
