Brooklyn Irish Dance Company

Brooklyn Irish Dance Company performs traditional & contemporary creative works throughout New York City. Our mission is to keep Irish dance moving forward. Our company was formed to give Irish dancers the creative means to perform new and exciting works, and to educate and inspire our community with the power and passion of Irish dance. Based in Brooklyn and embodying the hustle, culture and drive of our forefathers, we create new works as a collaborative community of dancers to break traditional boundaries and engage audiences with innovative and accessible performances of Irish dance and music. Our choreography focuses on utilizing traditional Irish dance with a contemporary aesthetic to showcase our company dancers’ athleticism, technique, and passion.
