We’re Hiring: Account Executive – Enterprise Software (Remote, Germany) Graphic Communications, a CAI Software division, is expanding in EMEA and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to lead our integrated and automated software offerings and point solutions sales in Germany. This role is ideal for a senior, consultative seller who thrives in complex enterprise sales environments, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and wants to represent a market-leading solution in the commercial print and graphic communications space. 💼 What you’ll do • Own and grow enterprise accounts across Commercial Print, Publishing, Mailing, and Super Wide Format segments • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through ROI, proposal, and close • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders • Drive cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with regional and global sales teams • Partner closely with marketing, engineering, and technical sales specialists to deliver compelling demos and solutions • Travel extensively (50–75%) to engage customers, partners, and industry events • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market feedback to leadership 🎯 This role is a great fit if you • Have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in software or print/graphics technology • Are successful selling to C-suite leaders in mid-size to large, multi-site organizations • Are a self-starter who operates independently while collaborating across teams • Have deep experience managing complex, technical sales cycles • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets • Bring strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Have additional language skills (Polish or Czech a plus) 🌍 Why Graphic Communications & CAI Graphic Communications has spent over 30 years delivering technology purpose-built for the print and packaging industries.
