This isn't just a career move for Jason, it's a homecoming! A Pocono native and a lifelong skier, Jason is back on the mountain where his hospitality career started. We can’t wait to have his local knowledge and passion for the slopes leading our team. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to Camelback’s Pet Supplies Drive in support of the Lehigh Valley Humane Society. 🐾 From October 1st to 15th, our team came together to collect much-needed items—from food and toys to towels and treats—for animals in need. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to make a meaningful impact and help bring comfort and care to our furry friends waiting for their forever homes. We're proud to support such an incredible organization, and even prouder of the compassion and community spirit shown by our Camelback team. To make the experience even more special, we teamed up with Blue Mountain Resort, Poconos, PA and had the opportunity to walk the dogs, giving them some extra love and attention while they wait to be adopted. We had the pleasure of partnering with students from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania’s Hospitality, Recreation, and Tourism Management program as part of their work-based learning experience, integrated directly into their curriculum. Students engaged in hands-on career development, gaining insight into essential industry skills and what employers seek in resumes and interviews. They received personalized resume feedback, participated in mock interviews, and learned how to apply their diverse strengths across the hospitality field. A strong example of learning in action—translating coursework into real-world experience.

Please join us in welcoming Mark Dobrowolski as Camelback’s new Director of Snow Sports! Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the outdoor industry, with over 15 of those dedicated specifically to snow sports. A longtime ski patroller and instructor, he’s deeply committed to safety, education, and delivering great on-mountain experiences. Most recently, Mark served as General Manager and Patrol Director at Big Snow American Dream, the indoor ski hill in East Rutherford, NJ, leading operations at one of the country’s most unique ski facilities. A passionate outdoorsman, Mark enjoys hiking, fly fishing, camping, and skiing. His time in Wyoming sparked a love for backcountry skiing and exploring off the beaten path. He’s also often joined by his 200 lb. Newfoundland, Delaney, a loyal companion and well-known presence on the slopes.
